1. Umum
Dengan melakukan pemesanan di Joey Store, kamu dianggap telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh syarat & ketentuan ini.
2. Layanan & Harga
Joey Store menyediakan top up Robux (Via Login & Via Username) serta pembelian item/gamepass Roblox. Harga dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu mengikuti kurs dan kebijakan toko. Harga yang berlaku adalah harga yang tertera saat pesanan dibuat.
3. Data Akun
Untuk metode Via Login, kamu bertanggung jawab atas kebenaran data yang diberikan. Data login hanya digunakan untuk pengiriman Robux dan tidak disimpan secara permanen. Untuk keamanan, aktifkan verifikasi 2 langkah setelah pesanan selesai.
4. Pembayaran
Pembayaran dilakukan melalui QRIS dan metode lain yang tersedia. Pesanan hanya diproses setelah pembayaran terkonfirmasi. Nominal wajib dibayar sesuai tagihan (termasuk kode unik bila ada).
5. Proses & Estimasi
Via Username/Gamepass umumnya diproses instan. Via Login mengikuti mekanisme hold resmi Roblox (± 5 hari kerja). Estimasi dapat berubah karena kondisi di luar kendali kami (mis. gangguan Roblox).
6. Pengembalian Dana (Refund)
Refund diberikan bila pesanan gagal diproses sepenuhnya oleh kesalahan kami dan Robux belum terkirim. Refund tidak berlaku untuk kesalahan data yang diberikan pelanggan (mis. username salah) setelah Robux terkirim.
7. Larangan
Dilarang menggunakan layanan untuk penipuan, pencucian uang, atau aktivitas ilegal lainnya. Kami berhak menolak/membatalkan pesanan yang mencurigakan.
8. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Joey Store tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian akibat pelanggaran ToS Roblox oleh pelanggan, data yang salah, atau force majeure. Joey Store tidak berafiliasi dengan Roblox Corporation.
9. Perubahan Ketentuan
Kami dapat memperbarui ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu. Versi terbaru berlaku sejak dipublikasikan di halaman ini.

By placing an order at Joey Store, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms & conditions.
2. Services & Pricing
Joey Store provides Robux top-ups (Via Login & Via Username) and Roblox item/gamepass purchases. Prices may change at any time based on exchange rates and store policy. The price shown when the order is created applies.
3. Account Data
For the Via Login method, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Login data is used only to deliver Robux and is not stored permanently. For security, enable 2-step verification after your order is complete.
4. Payment
Payment is made via QRIS and other available methods. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. The exact billed amount (including any unique code) must be paid.
5. Processing & Estimates
Via Username/Gamepass is usually processed instantly. Via Login follows Roblox's official hold mechanism (± 5 business days). Estimates may change due to conditions beyond our control (e.g. Roblox outages).
6. Refunds
Refunds are granted if an order fully fails to process due to our error and Robux has not been delivered. Refunds do not apply to incorrect data provided by the customer (e.g. wrong username) after Robux has been delivered.
7. Prohibited Use
Using the service for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is prohibited. We reserve the right to reject/cancel suspicious orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
Joey Store is not liable for losses caused by a customer's violation of Roblox ToS, incorrect data, or force majeure. Joey Store is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
